How to prepare a
Radio Show
Preparing a
radio show is very challenging for a radio jockey. Usually, most big radio
jockeys have their producer to prepare a show. But, 99% of radio jockeys don’t
have their producer for help. So, they self prepares their show. If you can
prepare your show then you can be a very good radio jockey. Because a good
producer can become a good radio jockey but a radio jockey can’t be a producer.
So, you should focus to be a producer first to become a great radio jockey.
To prepare a
show, the producer finds a theme on which the show would be based on. The theme
creates the recall of the producer that he could put his topic around that. If
you are preparing your show, every topic should match with the personality of
your theme whatever your programming theme has fixed. You should be habituated
with some points to become perfect in show preparation:

Note:
Whatever a radio jockey speak on radio, that every talk is termed as the link.
In one hour the radio jockey talks for four times. And each link is of 30-50
seconds.
